However, our experience has taught us that the best way to achieve success in litigation is through thorough preparation; this is never cheap.

We discuss fee arrangements in advance and enter into written fee arrangements with our clients, billing our hourly clients on a monthly basis each month, with our computerized billing system. We strive to keep our clients regularly informed as to developments in their cases, so that they can make informed decisions as to how to proceed. Settlement offers are promptly conveyed, and no settlement offer is ever approved with opposing parties or counsel or accepted without the specific informed consent of our clients.
